History of Magic class: term 2. Please take part
« Thread Started on Oct 12, 2005, 7:43am »

*After the disasterous first term lessons, Prof Fletcher III gets notes on the written board (magically of course). he thinks that this terms topic might have some intersting values and teach the pupils about the most important event of NaKaoms Academy*

Mahamari stumbled into the room.
"Hello Professor." she said sweetly before sitting down at the front and pulling out her books.
She looked at the notes on the board and smiled, this was going to be an interesting lesson, more interesting than anyone would expect.

Luna walked into the classroom. Mahamari was the only other student there. Luna wasn't really suprised though because she didn't think it would be a very interesting lesson, and it seemed like most of the other students thought the same, but not wanting to fall behind she had come to the lesson. Maybe the proffesor would do something interesting ro help encourage the students to turn up more.

Meia trailed in after the girl and sat down at a desk near the door. He didn't really know what the lesson would be like, but it didn't sound very interesting. His cousin had said that it was a good subject, but...he pulled a face.

Cackling, Peeves hovered outside the window, a grin on his face. He hadn't played a prank on someone in ages...

He swooped in and grabbed the nearest inkwell, throwing it over the boy sitting near the door. The students scattered, eyes wide, some drawing wands. He dodged the Professor's spell, seized a book from the nearest shelf and began tearing pages out.

With a malicious grin, Peeves dropped the book and grabbed one of the girls by the hair. She screamed and twisted, trying to hex him. The prankster just laughed as he dragged her out through the window.

(OOC: That's you, Luna ;) Thought I'd give you a bit of excitement. I'm taking you to http://deatheternals.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=disused )

Talia stumbled into the lesson just after Peeves had dragged Luna away.
"What's going on professor?" she asked shocked, he hair was a mess as Peeves had droppped some string on top of her head as he'd left.

"well Talia... i don't really know myself. i think that this was the most boring lesson in the history of NaKaoms. Well class that's it for today so you go and enjoy whatever you have next."

The class slowly ambles out of the room... yet Talia was standing in front of Prof Fletchers desk.

Luna stumbled in through the door just as most of the students had left. She had had quite an adventure with peeves, but she had most of herself under control. She was a little out of breath from running there from the common room. "Is there anything i have missed professor?" she asked.

"Well to be honest you haven't missed anything of importance. the most important bit was probably leaving this dingy and rather boring classroom."

Luna was glad that there wasn't anything that she had missed, but it did seem odd to her that nothing had been taught in the lesson. No wonder why no one likes these lessons she thought. "Well thanks professor." She left the classroom a little annoyed that she had run all the way from the commonroom to find out that there was nothing she had missed. Next time she won't be as enthusiastic to catch up from things she may miss.
